By default, a scattered place is a time-waster. Especially when you have just completed a tedious task. If you do not rest occasionally, you will find yourself resting or even falling asleep in the middle of other jobs.

This, however, does not mean that you should take a lot of time to rest, 15-30 minutes breaks should be enough to relax your nerves after rigorous work.
