5. Avoid Foods with foul scents

Especially vegetables like onions, ginger, etc. The scents of these foods stick longer in the mouth, thereby producing a foul scent especially if you have a mouth odor that is associated with a health disorder, you will discover that your mouth does not just smell, it is not appealing.

You should not joke or toy with mouth odor because, in a world where communication is key, you need to feel free to communicate with people not being unnecessarily held hostage by this dilemma called ‘Mouth Odour’.
