2. Avoid Peanuts

Peanuts are actually one of the most common causes of food allergy. Research shows that in every 100% about 20% of people are affected with food allergies.

Drinks containing caffeine can also affect that baby. Just as caffeine keeps adults awake, it could do the same to the baby causing more damage to the health of the baby.
