When a job is split into smaller units, it usually leads to increasing in production because those who have a specialization one of the split part get to handle the work faster and it in turn births a boost in the production rate of the company.

There is nothing that humanity has ever needed that is as better than anything which will make work more faster and save time.

Even in companies, time-saving is very essential. This is one of the advantages of division of labour because it breaks a task of 1 hour and makes it accomplished within minutes.

When a person does the same thing over and over again, he or she usually gets accustomed with the skill and tends to develop more on it.

Even when the factors of production are not adequate, big companies usually adopt the system of division of labour because it helps them save time and the saved time is invested again which brings about large returns on the scale of production.

Because the division of labour leads to the production of large quantities in lesser time, the unit cost of products and services are lesser than if there was no division of labour.
