2. Rinse your Mouth Always 

Some people who have bad breath do not even know about Mouth wash. You should use a mouth wash to wash your mouth more often than you brush. Ensure that you use a mouth wash that kills germs and renders them powerless against your mouth.

Aside from using a mouth wash, you should also imbibe the habit of swishing the mouth with plain and clean water immediately after you eat so that the particles of the food you eat will not find their dwellings in your gum.

3. Avoid foods that spoil the breath 

You should temporarily stop eating some meals which spoil your breath. Spices like onions, ginger, and garlic should be avoided because they ruin the breath.

If they must be eaten, they should be taken in a minimal quantity and the mouth should be rinsed with mouthwash immediately after eating them.

4. Avoid Tobacco 

We are not saying at this time that tobacco causes cancer, we are simply saying that smoking changes your breath and gives you bad breath; it makes your breath stink.

This is because the inhaled smoke finds its way to the lung, causes damages, and brings out a foul smell every time air is exhaled from the body.

5. Use toothpaste the contains fluoride

Your aim is to neutralize bad breath, there is so much toothpaste in the market. You should do your best to pitches only toothpaste that contains fluoride so that after brushing, you will have that freshness in your mouth which will wipe away ad breath from you and you should brush as often as possible to ensure that you stay fresh in your breath all day long.
