In the early stages of life, urinating is usually seen as a regular activity not caused by an infection or disease. However, frequent urination is a concern, especially at a later stage of life.

Frequent urination at a later age can be due to a problem in the bladder. In addition to that, such problems have associated symptoms which include urinary urgency, bladder spasms, urinary incontinence, and Diabetes.

For instance, the disease diabetes may be developed in such chronic conditions that a person’s body processes more glucose, and in a space of time, it is referred to as type two (2) diabetes.

Frequent urination has a connection with high blood glucose. Thus, it is advised that for people to help avoid these groups of diseases, excessive sugar should be avoided because these diseases simply show that there is the body has high blood glucose or excessive sugar in the blood.

Also, other causes of frequent urination include benign prostate enlargement and prostate gland enlargement which are associated with age and can lead to difficulty when urinating.

When this happens, one is found urinating frequently at night when the bladder is less active. For most persons, frequent urination can even lead to dysfunction in one’s sexual experience.

Hence, the person usually needs more water and to quench their thirst, water could be taken when in excess. In most cases, the desire for water becomes uncontrollable.

Another associated symptom is excessive eating. In worst situations when people eat excessively at night, the bladder becomes heavy leading to frequent urination which may be uncontrollable for such persons.

In conclusion, these causes and symptoms of frequent urination often make the less important or even lower self-esteem.

Most people feel unworthy and these urinary issues affect their lifestyle by leading to prostate problems, Incontinence.

In conclusion, most symptoms of frequent urination can be linked in many cases to the cause of your frequent urination.
